A dual qualified lawyer, having been admitted a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. With my admission came the increased interest to continue with dispute /conflict resolution. An LLM degree graduate of Queen Mary, University of London, having studied International Dispute Resolution.  The education gave me better insight into Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and its workings.

In April 2011, I was called upon by BPP Law School London, to be a judge at an ADR  competition for some selected law schools across the world. This reinforced my desire to create awareness on the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution in conflicts preferably internationally. The lawyers I have had contact with in my academic career in dispute resolution, have been those whose fascination and love of their own subject has shone through and animated them.

I know I can convey my understanding and experience of ADR to the world. This is because it gives me a good feeling to make that connection and complete the picture of a world with less litigation and more of ADR in the resolution of disputes.

Finally, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a broad area and specialising in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is one am glad to propagate. Mostly because of the technologically conscious world we live in. I strongly believe am in a better position to advise accordingly, on the use of various ADR mechanism.
